Q: How can I get service?
A: Call 248-357-3980.  It's helpful if you can provide the make, model, serial number and clear description of the problem.


Q: Can I have a service person come to my home?
A: No,  BPI provides on-site service only for business.


Q: What are you normal business hours?
A: We keep office hours from 8:30 to 5 Monday through Friday.


Q: Can I get weekend or evening service?
A: Yes, call during business hours to schedule the service.


Q: What will it cost to service my equipment?
A: Hardware repair is billed at $90 per hour including travel time. Parts are additional.


Q: Can BPI deliver warranty service?
A: In most cases yes.  BPI is authorized to provide warranty service by Apple, Dell, HP, Lexmark and Xerox.  However, many of these warranties have limitations and do not include everything needed to return your equipment to working order.  When this occurs a quote will be provided for your review.


Q: Can I get an estimate for the cost of repair?
A: Yes, You can have a detailed estimate for the repair of your computer or printer.  The charge for providing the estimate is $45.00.
