Backup Options: With the BPI Monitoring Agent, we provide an optional service of disk-to-disk backup. This allows an extra level of protection above a tape only system. The disk-to-disk backup also provides a faster and easier restore process that is much more flexible than tape, saving your time and money.
Service Tickets: Our web-portal gives you secure access to open service tickets and service history. You can also place service requests and view system health.
Inventory System: The monitoring agent automatically inventories your network system for up-to-date hardware, software and patch information - automatically collected, 100% accurate
Reporting: Scheduled executive reporting is automatically generated and sent directly to your e-mail address. Reports are archived and accessible from the secure web portal.
